I recently had the privileged to speak at the 2012 IBAT Leadership conference in The Woodlands. It was a great family focused event and despite my speaking in the past this topic was one that I was a bit more nervous about. My presentation was about defining what success means in your organization and how we are trying to go about attain it. I was more nervous due to this being such a personal topic to me as I talk about my beliefs and my passions.
It has examples of inspiring companies that are doing so and due to the positive response I received after the conference I recorded it for online viewing. I hope you enjoy it and please post up any comments that you may have.
