With the consumerization of IT, this trend is happening like we expected. Due to banks being risk adverse with new technology and employees willing to try the latest and greatest at home they already use iPhones & iPads and want those devices in their work environments. Technology environments should take notice, the technology agenda today is influenced by the users, not the administrators.
